Lead role

Lead hackers are the team captains of a given hacking event. They are responsible for keeping the motivation on top 💯

Primary responsibilities during the event:

• Analyzing the scope and briefing the team
• Tracking the overall progress (example: shared spreadsheet)
• Guiding the team and making sure all hackers are collaborating
• Giving the customer weekly updates about the progress via Discord
• Alerting the customer and the Ethiack team when something goes wrong or is not working properly (example: service goes down)
• Submitting a final report with an overall impact analysis and discussion of results
